I had a great experience with Phil and the sales team! Everything went smooth and quick and I wasn’t rushed or pressured. They truly want you to find what works for you. Even after I took my Tiguan home, I noticed a small defect in my leather and they quickly responded to having it fixed up quickly with their fabric repair guy. Top notch service beginning to end.

Great team, will buy from again. Purchased a used vehicle from Owasco, there were a few details that we were not happy with after taking possession. Dealt with the Assistant Manager who took care of the concerns quickly, and had the vehicle back to us in a reasonable time. Now we can enjoy our new vehicle.Glad to see a dealership with integrity and backs their products!

My wife and I have been looking for just the right vehicle for our family since December. Right from the start of our search,Phil Nedham at Owasco warned us that vehicles were selling fast in the current market. In fact, our top choice sold before we were 100% sure. A few months went by, and we saw another vehicle we really wanted to test drive. Phil set up a test drive the very next morning. Phil went to bat for us to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with our final choice. Each time we interacted with Phil we always felt that our interests were his priority. I was greeted at the door By Phil who was a wonderful helpful individual. One of the best experiences I have had in a dealership setting. As an insurance broker I have had quite a few experiences with Sales representatives in dealerships and Phil is a cut above the rest. Personable, professional, honest, and to the point.
